​At Back To You Chiropractic & Rehab, I offer personalised one-to-one coaching designed to meet your unique fitness goals. Whether you’re aiming for sports-specific conditioning, weight loss, injury recovery and rehab, or general fitness, my training sessions provide a structured, supportive environment to help you achieve results. Each session is tailored to your needs, focusing on safe and effective movement, especially if you are managing ongoing musculoskeletal (MSK) issues.

I’m committed to working closely with individuals who may have MSK concerns, helping them build confidence in the gym and guiding them towards enjoyable and safe exercise routines. Training programs can be adjusted to any physical limitations, ensuring you feel comfortable and empowered every step of the way.

In addition to training, I provide dietary guidance based on your goals, helping you optimize nutrition to support your fitness journey. Please note that personal training sessions are held at a separate location and are only available upon direct consultation with me, ensuring we develop the right plan for your needs and goals.

I also provide sports massage therapy in both of my clinic locations. This service is only available after an initial consultation and discussion about whether this therapy method is right for you.
